Sequim Dungeness is well known for its abundant berry farms. We have chosen only those organically grown raspberries with the sweetest possible taste. Washington State ranks among the top five producing states for red raspberries.
Our Raspberry Vinegar is a mild vinegar that is excellent when used as a salad dressing, garnishment on steamed vegtables, or when combined with oil, a great meat marinade.
Ingredients: Seedless raspberry puree, white wine, vinegar, potassium metabisulfie (as a preservative).
