Blackberry Vinegar is made from the sweet, organic local berries that grow in the farmlands of the Sequim Dungeness river valley.
These naturally sweet and delicious berries are hand-picked and carefully infused for up to two weeks before bottling.
These are not your common blackberries that grow along side the road. Once a good wild berry patch is found its location becomes a well guarded secret.
Our wild Blackberry Vinegar is by far the sweetest vinegar you'll ever taste. It's especially excellent when mixed with fresh greens and topped with feta cheese and oranges, or just drizzled over fresh steamed green beans.
Ingredients: Seedless blackberry puree, white and red wine vinegar, potassium metabisulfite (as a preservative).
